Terms and conditions
Version 2026-08-11.1 for the parent account and future B2C sales of digital games. Checkout remains in test mode.
Provider and scope
The provider named in the legal notice is the contracting party; these terms apply to adult consumers and digital games.
Parent account
Purchases and restoration require a verified parent account. Children do not need an account.
Contract and price
Product, total price and payment method appear before the order action in Stripe Checkout. Test checkouts create no paid contract.
Provision and entitlement
After confirmed payment, entitlement is assigned only on the server; a redirect or browser display alone is insufficient.
Licence
The buyer receives a simple, non-transferable private household licence; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Payment and reversals
Stripe processes payments. Refunds update purchase and entitlement state with server-side auditability.
Withdrawal and confirmation
The basic withdrawal period is 14 days. Possible expiry conditions are on the withdrawal page. A real purchase is followed by durable confirmation containing versions and declarations.
Warranty and final terms
Statutory digital-product remedies and mandatory liability remain unaffected. German law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. Support.
