Withdrawal and model withdrawal form

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days from contract conclusion without giving reasons.

Send an unequivocal declaration to Andro Games KIDS, , Deutschland, support@androgameskids.com, or use the function below; timely dispatch is sufficient.

Effects

Payments are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days, normally by the same payment method and without fees.

Digital content and possible early expiry

The right does not expire merely through payment or download. Early expiry requires express consent, acknowledgement, start of performance and contract confirmation under section 312f BGB. Every declaration is first accepted and confirmed.

Electronic function

The function works with or without an account. After “Confirm withdrawal”, receipt time and reference are shown and the content is confirmed by email without undue delay. Only clear server-proven cases are decided automatically and refunded by Stripe to the original payment method. Missing or contradictory evidence is sent to manual review, never automatically rejected. An issued offline entitlement proof can remain technically valid for up to 30 days.
